At Ripples of Hope, City Year strives to mirror Robert F. Kennedy’s 1966 address in South Africa through the civic contributions of our honorees and the service of City Year Chicago’s AmeriCorps members. 

Kennedy proclaimed a stand against injustice can create a small “ripple of hope” and eventually build a “current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.” 

This work is impossible without your support. We look forward to sharing and celebrating our journey with you during this year’s dinner.
