Support students and our AmeriCorps members
Trusting, consistent and caring relationships are at the core of City Year’s efforts to support students and schools, especially as learning conditions continually shift this year.
Give nowWherever learning happens
AmeriCorps members continue to welcome students to class, tutor small groups in math and English, run the afterschool clubs that students look forward to all week, and creatively take on every new challenge by putting students first.
Their steady and consistent efforts help students stay engaged with school and on track during an especially difficult time.
“My City Year has been incredibly adaptive and involved given our changing circumstances. Several of my students have said how my City Year has helped them regain their motivation and feel better during online learning.”
