The Trustees

If you are outgoing, have experience working with children, and are considering becoming an educator, an agriculturalist, an ecologist, an artist, a chef, childcare worker, or other related field, there are exciting options available for Camp Educators at our camps in eastern Massachusetts.

Camp staff are seasonal employees who play an essential role at day camps at signature properties of The Trustees, a non-profit conservation organization. Whether you are interested in a summer on a working farm, in the woods, in a sculpture park, in a teaching kitchen, or at the coast, Trustees Camps offer quality education and fun for campers aged 4 to 15. Camp staff benefits include free admission to 120+ Trustees properties across Massachusetts plus program and product discounts.
